About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our Distribution team at FORCE America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of hydraulic systems, including valves, pumps, motors, PTO's, and other products sold by FORCE America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic systems in accordance with work orders using hand and power tools.
  • Test all assembled systems for quality, quantity, and time expectations.
  • Maintain system accuracy by updating inventory records, including parts used, defective parts, and additional parts needed.
  • Assist customers with needs assessment and complete repairs.
  • Coordinate with material handling, sales, and other teams to expedite orders.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize to meet customer expectations for quantity and timing.
  • Detail-oriented to provide the highest level of quality.
  • Customer-focused.
