About the Role:

Dartmouth Health's Section of Otolaryngology is seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic audiology services to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations, including audiograms, to diagnose and manage hearing and balance disorders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address hearing and balance issues, including the use of amplification devices and other assistive technologies.
  • Collaborate with our team of physicians, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in audiology and incorporate evidence-based practices into your work.

Requirements:

  • AUD or Master's Degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
  • Active and current audiology license for the State of New Hampshire.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
