Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We're seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Town Pump Hotel Group. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a critical role in ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for checking-in and checking-out guests, handling room assignments, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized check-in experience.
• Process room assignments, cancellations, and any other guest requests.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and preferences.

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a great salary, we also offer benefits including 401(K), Health Insurance, and paid time off.
