Lead with Enthusiasm:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure sales targets are achieved.

  • Ensure visual displays align with brand standards.
  • Organize and execute special events and promotions.
  • Communicate product recommendations to associates to drive sales.
  • Understand and enforce Loss Prevention policies and report any issues to the Store Manager.
  • Perform operational tasks including maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the store.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to work 32-40 hours per week.
  • Proficient in using a POS system.
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods; able to lift/move up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
