ED Flow Navigator, Overnight Shift

Piedmont Mountainside Hospital is seeking a highly skilled ED Flow Coordinator to join our team. This key position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless patient flow and efficient care delivery within the Emergency Department.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all patient care activities, collaborating with medical staff to optimize care delivery, and delegating tasks effectively. As an ED Flow Coordinator, you will embody exceptional leadership, teamwork, and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient movement through the ED in a safe and efficient manner
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely and effective care delivery
- Delegate workload effectively and provide guidance as needed
- Maintain high standards of teamwork, leadership, and professionalism
To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, candidates must possess:
- Graduate of a nursing program
- One (1) year of Emergency Department experience as a registered nurse (RN)
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- BLS certification
- BLS/ACLS/PALS certification
- BSN degree
- Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN)
- Experience participating in and/or leading quality and process improvement projects
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $62,500 - $82,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include professional growth opportunities, comprehensive training programs, and a supportive work environment.
