Clinical Partner I

Job Summary:
As a Clinical Partner I at SSM Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care services. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will assist in performing various nursing care activities for patients. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and document patient data for admission assessments, reassessments, and scheduling appointments or surgeries.
- Assist with delegated clerical duties, such as answering phones, relaying messages, and preparing patient medical records.
- Stock and maintain supplies and equipment to meet patient care needs and cost containment.
- Assist with patient care activities, including bathing, ambulating, feeding, skin care, and personal hygiene.
- Perform dressing changes, enemas, ostomy care, toileting, turning, cough and deep breathing, catheter care, and collection of biological specimens.
Requirements:
- Completion of a state-approved unlicensed assist personnel program (UAP) or meets exempted UAP guidelines.
- No experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Constant standing and walking.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
- Frequent use of vision for distances near and far and to identify and distinguish colors.
