Job Summary: We are seeking a PRN LPN to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care West Del Ray. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while also supervising nursing personnel to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care
- Coordinate care delivery to ensure resident needs are met
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and training to caregivers on best practices and new technologies
Requirements:
- Valid LPN/LVN state license
- 2-3 years clinical experience; Gerontological nursing including dementia population preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
