  • Conocimiento profundo de las líneas de productos de OluKai, siendo un defensor de la calidad y autenticidad, mantenerse al día con las tendencias de moda, entender las necesidades del cliente y comunicar creativamente las selecciones que satisfacen esas necesidades.
  • Capacidad para resolver problemas de clientes de manera independiente mientras se mantiene un espíritu de Aloha, incluso en situaciones de alta presión.

Habilidades y Calificaciones Adicionales:

  • 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en gestión minorista o en un entorno de servicio similar.
  • Disponibilidad para al menos tres turnos (4-8 horas) a la semana.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas.
  • Ética de trabajo independiente, excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y capacidades organizativas.
  • Actitud positiva y alta integridad.
  • Capacidad para levantar, cargar o mover objetos que pesen hasta 30 lbs.
