Job Summary:

We are seeking a Deli Baker to join our team. As a Deli Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and selling store-baked products to company standards. You will also be responsible for organizing and stocking work areas, preparing food to company standards by following process cards, and following food safety and handling standards and practices.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare, package, and sell store-baked products to company standards
* Organize and stock work areas
* Prepare food to company standards by following process cards
* Follow food safety and handling standards and practices

Requirements:

* Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture
* Ability to complete accurate sales transactions
* Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
* Ability to maintain processes and policies
* Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed
* Ability to work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar position
* ServSafe certification preferred
* Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
