Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect patient rooms, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
  • Empty and replace trash and linen
  • Restock supplies and amenities
  • Respond to guest queries and requests
  • Contribute to team efforts and maintain a positive attitude
Work Environment

As a Janitorial Specialist at Aerotek, you will work in a fast-paced hospital environment, interacting with doctors, nurses, hospital staff, patients, and family members/visitors. You will be responsible for cleaning top-to-bottom and turning over rooms once a patient is discharged.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in janitorial or housekeeping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
