As a Personal Care Aide/Caregiver, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential personal care and support to help seniors live safely at home
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
  • Supporting mobility through ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
  • Offering medication reminders, documenting client conditions, and alerting supervisors to any concerns
  • Ensuring a safe living environment with clear pathways
  • Engaging clients in enjoyable activities such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Essential qualifications for Personal Care Aides/Caregivers include:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role
  • Successful completion of a Background Check & Drug Screen, TB/Physical
  • Valid NV driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Compassionate demeanor, effective communication skills, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
