We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Miller Pointe in Mandan, ND. As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and safety.

Job Summary

The LPN provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. This role requires a strong understanding of nursing principles, the ability to work effectively with a team, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote resident well-being.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and address resident needs.
  • Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care provided, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • An Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
  • A valid LPN license with the State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
