Key Responsibilities

  • Locate and retrieve products that have been completed in a first-step process
  • Fulfill orders by accurately selecting and packaging products
  • Operate plant-specific packaging equipment, including conveyors, stackers, down-enders, and banders, to move products efficiently
  • Transport items to the warehouse for future shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Operate an overhead crane and forklift to move products safely and efficiently
  • Identify defects and package designated items, maintaining high-quality standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned or related to the role

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to read measuring tapes and calipers
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Warehouse experience preferred, with forklift and overhead crane experience required
  • Experience working with heavy equipment is a plus
