Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive expertise in Azure Cloud and NetAPP technologies. This role will support the Infrastructure Section across various projects and related configurations. Familiarity with MS Dynamic CRM is advantageous. The Cloud Solutions Architect will collaborate with the Department of Information and Technology and Microsoft Azure Support Teams to design and implement groups, virtual machines, databases, firewall rules, and VPN tunnels, focusing on operational efficiency and security for our Permit Transformation Project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish our Customer Owned environment, create images, set up VNet and VPN gateways, and develop VDI machines using Custom Images.
  • Configure Intune for managing VDI machines, assigning them to resources and resource groups across different zones.
  • Document the DevOps environment and ensure appropriate access rights.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions with team members during available time.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect, including Custom Imaging and VDI/Hypervisor, Intune, and MDM management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated knowledge in directory services (Azure AD and AD).
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, including collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and documentation skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud computing and management (groups, users, virtual machines, etc.).
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / SCCM for a minimum of 5 years.
  • On-Prem Architect skills are essential for this role.
  • In-depth knowledge of firewalls (access groups, rules, ports, and specific pinhole connections) and interoperations between technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of implementing secure best practices for confidential data access and availability across infrastructures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
