Relationship Banker

At Affinity Federal Credit Union, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our members by providing exceptional financial support and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening new accounts and enrolling new members during initial consultations
• Processing applications and resolving complex member issues
• Following up with members to ensure satisfaction with present products and services
• Adapting to new or non-traditional environments and displaying a commitment to the community
• Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• Banking experience preferred
• Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous sales experience essential
