Nemours Cardiac Center Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at Nemours Children's Hospital in Wilmington, DE.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care to infants, children, and adolescents with cardiac, thoracic, and vascular disease. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and document patient needs and problems
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Evaluate patient response to care and modify plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with the Delaware State Board of Nursing
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in pediatric or cardiac intensive care nursing (preferred)
  • Bilingual skills (preferred)
