We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral therapy and implement applied behavior analysis techniques for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments to develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations

Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $70.00 - $85.00 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, benefits include continuing education credits, flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, PTO (based on hours worked), referral program, and more.
