- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents

- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact patient care or staff performance
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and a minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software
