Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Nutrition Consultant to join our team at DiningRD. This is a part-time consulting role in skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health, working 2-3 days per week in Parma with the option to make full-time by commuting up to 1 hour.

About the Role:
  • As a Senior Nutrition Consultant, you will be responsible for completing MDS assessments, Section K, CAA, documenting residents at high risk for nutritional problems, and participating in care planning processes.
  • You will also collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team and provide oversight to the food service department, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality of food.
Requirements:
  • Credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • Licensed (if required by State)
  • 2 years of consulting/long-term care experience preferred
  • Demonstrate ability to meet core values: Customer Centric, Adaptive to Change, Passionate, Understanding of Others
