As a Home Dialysis RN on our Float Team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This is a 40-hour per week, day shift position that requires a strong commitment to patient-focused care and a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized training strategies for patients and their families
- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care
- Utilize the nursing process to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
- At least 12 months of experience as a registered nurse, plus 3 months of experience in hemodialysis (HD) and/or peritoneal dialysis (PD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the specialty
- Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills
