Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and materials, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a technical field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing; experience in the beverage or packaging industry preferred.
  • Skills: Safe use of hand and power tools, welders, lifts, multi-meters, and industrial shop equipment; ability to read and interpret schematics and repair complex equipment.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification a plus.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand/move for 8-12 hours per day; ascend/descend stairs/ladders throughout shift.
  • Environmental Factors: Exposure to extreme heat/cold temperatures; high noise levels; physical obstacles; exposure to chemicals.
