About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Aramark. As a Cook, you will play a critical role in preparing and serving high-quality food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
  • Workstation Setup: Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Safely use a variety of utensils, including knives, and operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
  • Food Presentation: Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
  • Knowledge: Validated knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
  • Certification: Must be able to acquire food safety certification.
  • Math Skills: Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
