**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our landscape maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job sites. You will also assist managers in conducting morning safety meetings and perform landscape and street maintenance duties, including pruning, planting, and mowing.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Maintain company standards in all interactions, including interactions with clients and personnel.
* Assist managers in conducting morning safety meetings.
* Ensure daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job sites.
* Complete daily paperwork, including employee timesheets, recording of daily mileage, numbers of vehicles and equipment used, and billing sheets for any extra billable work.
* Perform landscape and street maintenance duties, including pruning, planting, and mowing.
* Initiate repair of any malfunctioning or unsafe equipment.
* Communicate with Supervisor on topics such as crew members, equipment issues, and job-related concerns.

**Qualifications:**

* General knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
* Landscape experience - 2 years.
* Ability to pass company's driving requirements.
* Strong conflict resolution skills.
* Valid drivers' license and ability to meet company guidelines for driver eligibility.
