Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate commercial real estate finance litigation projects, including drafting and reviewing documents, conducting research, and communicating with clients and colleagues.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex commercial real estate finance disputes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial real estate finance laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a wide variety of discovery projects.
  • Experience with commercial real estate finance documentation, including loan agreements, security documents, and promissory notes.
  • Bankruptcy litigation experience a plus.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a top 100 law school and good standing with bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
