McDonald's Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at The Arch Group (Ross Family McDonald's).
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Person will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, including the interior and exterior spaces, as well as the equipment and facilities. This role will work closely with management to ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the interior and exterior spaces, as well as the equipment and facilities.
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, including HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
- Unload delivery trucks twice a week and take out and empty trash compactors.
- Change light bulbs and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
- Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
