Job OverviewThe Seasonal Hospitality General Staff Team Member will work under the direction of the Event Experience team. This role is responsible for greeting guests, checking admissions, and answering questions in various hospitality locations on race day.
Responsibilities- Attending and participating in all pre-event training sessions and assigned event days
- Working extended hours due to business requirements, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and indoor/outdoor environments when required
- Being punctual, dependable, able to stand for periods of time, walk long distances, and lift up to 25lbs.
- Exuding positive attitude and placing the guest experience at a premium
- Ability and willingness to take direction and follow through with assigned responsibilities, multi-task, and exercise good judgment
- Must be available to work race weekend
We offer highly competitive salaries, a solid benefits package focused on wellness, and opportunities for growth and development both personally and professionally. Our estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000 based on location and experience.
About the LocationTalladega Superspeedway is located between Birmingham, AL, and Atlanta, GA, making it easy to access from I-20.
