Key Responsibilities
  • Residential Support: Provide personalized support to residents and contributors, assisting them in achieving their Individualized Service Plan (ISP) outcomes and promoting their overall growth and development.
  • Assessment and Planning: Collaborate with residents and contributors to develop and implement effective support plans, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Maintain open and effective communication with colleagues, residents, and contributors, ensuring a seamless and supportive team environment.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications to residents as prescribed, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
  • Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report incidents, ensuring timely notification to the Executive Director.
  • Qualifications and Requirements: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, complete all required training, and maintain a valid driver's license.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completed all required training
  • Successful completion of CPR & First Aid training required
  • Subject to criminal background check
  • Successful completion of bi-annual physical with TB test
