Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Rocky Mountain Surgery Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble necessary supplies and positioning aids for scheduling procedures according to physician preference cards.
- Test and monitor equipment for proper working condition.
- Document records and other forms accurately, adhering to approved policies and procedures.
- Confirm that all individuals in the room are appropriately shielded before activating x-ray.
- Communicate patient status information to other staff responsible for patient care.
- Perform required maintenance of instruments, supplies, and equipment by adhering to cleaning, care, storage, and calibration procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited school of radiology.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist, preferably in an operating room or surgery center setting.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
- BLS certification is also required.
