Lead Radiology Technologist Role

This position entails leading the scheduling and activities of the Radiology Technologists. You will perform various radiological procedures and be responsible for on-call duties as necessary. In the absence of the Supervisor or Director, you will oversee the Radiology Department to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications

Essential Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are crucial for understanding and conveying radiological and medical information to patients and staff. Problem-solving abilities are also necessary.

Education: Completion of a JRCERT accredited program in Radiologic Technology is required.

Experience: A minimum of one to two years of radiology experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities is essential. Preferred candidates will have three years of experience in a similar role.

Certifications: Candidates must be currently certified and registered in Radiography R.T. (R)(CRT) and hold CPR certification.

Supervision: This role includes functional supervision over staff, students, and ancillary personnel.
