Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Meat Carver Specialist to join our team at Texas de Brazil (Rancho).

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong cooking and serving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of meats to our guests. This is an hourly (non-exempt) position that requires nights, weekends & ALL holidays availability. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high standards of food production, quality control, and safety procedures.
  • Filling in where necessary in the Restaurant.
  • Following daily maintenance and cleaning schedule in the Restaurant/Kitchen.
  • Operating all equipment in a safe fashion, following safety guidelines and reporting any faulty equipment to management.
  • Following all health and safety code regulations.
  • Working to minimize food waste.
  • Completing other restaurant-specific cleaning tasks as directed by the manager.
