About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a unique blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities. You will work closely with our medical assistants and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and urgent care to patients in a retail clinic setting
- Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to work a 3-day week schedule with flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
