Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Internal Medicine physician to join our team as a Clinical Faculty member. As a key member of our interdisciplinary outpatient Internal Medicine practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching and mentoring medical students and residents, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 100% outpatient clinical care, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with rotational weeknight and weekend call coverage.
  • Work with a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatric patients, with a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Precept medical students and residents, providing guidance and mentorship to help them develop their clinical skills.
  • Participate in academic activities, including teaching and research, to contribute to the growth and development of our clinical programs.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree and active board certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure.
  • Completed ACGME residency training in Internal Medicine with current ABMS board certification.
  • Previous experience in an academic outpatient setting is desired but not required.
