Key Responsibilities:- Utilize the Nursing Process to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with your scope of practice.
- Support the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing within St. Joseph's Health and on your assigned unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of patient needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds to provide personalized care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, technologies, and research to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or closely related field preferred.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey required.
- Successful completion of BLS, department-specific orientation, and department-specific certifications such as PALS, ACLS, etc.
- Current clinical experience required for consideration in the area.
- Ability to work a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per 4-week time schedule and 1 summer and 1 winter holiday.
