School Health Liaison

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced School Health Liaison to join our team in the County of Delaware, PA. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with school districts, healthcare providers, and community members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the County's immunization service delivery program within local school districts.
• Develop and implement training programs for school nurses, administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Provide consultation on issues related to reportable diseases and other school health concerns.
• Collaborate with school districts, healthcare providers, and community members to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
• Analyze school health records and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus Nursing degree (BSN preferred).
• Active and unencumbered PA Nurse License (RN preferred).
• Knowledge of Childhood Immunizations and VFC Program.
• Healthcare provider CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

**Estimated Salary:** $70,005.00 annually based on industry standards and comparable positions in the area.
