Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operate company vehicles safely, following all applicable regulations and maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Deliver and collect packages from businesses and residences, navigating varied routes with up to 150 stops per day.
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections, checking fluid levels and ensuring it is well-maintained.
  • Load and organize packages efficiently for deliveries, adhering to safety protocols and time-sensitive deadlines.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
  • Pass a drug test and subsequent random screenings throughout employment.
  • Undergo a DOT physical examination.
  • Be able to lift up to 75 pounds and use a hand truck for heavier loads.
  • Pass a FedEx Ground background check.
  • Possess reliable transportation and adhere to punctuality standards.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to diverse weather conditions.
