Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Cape Ann Lanes/Laneside Pub & Brewery. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food for our guests.   • Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and meet guest expectations.
  • Participate in menu planning and preparation, contributing to the development of new dishes and specials.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
  • 1 year of commercial kitchen experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for food.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
