Job Overview

New Energy Solutions is seeking a skilled HVAC Install Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Install Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, air conditioning and heating systems for our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site assessments to determine the appropriate HVAC system requirements for each project.
  • Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, air handlers, condensers, and thermostats, following established guidelines and best practices.
  • Inspect and test HVAC equipment to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of installations.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Stay updated with the latest HVAC industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or relevant technical training is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Install Technician or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in installing a wide range of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, central air conditioners, furnaces, and ventilation systems.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC components, electrical systems, and refrigeration principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as required.
Compensation and Benefits

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
