Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility
- Ensure services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure/certification in New Mexico
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in an SNF preferred
