Location: Onalaska, WI (Building A)
Hours: 1st shift; Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm; No mandatory overtime, no weekends
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.00 per hour, with potential increases up to $19.25 per hour, and eligibility for wage increases twice a year.
Benefits:
- 3 weeks of paid vacation in the first year, increasing to 4 weeks in the second year

Role Summary: Our Electronics Technicians are responsible for testing, refurbishing, sorting, and tracking electronic devices that may be suitable for resale. This includes disassembling, sorting, and categorizing devices weighing between 1 to 50 pounds. Our technicians ensure that devices meet internal performance standards and maintain detailed records of their findings. They assess whether devices can be salvaged or should be sent to our recycling team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving and surpassing daily production targets with a focus on quality
- Sanitizing hard drives
- Testing electronic devices for quality assurance
- Sorting similar devices and materials
- Accurately logging data in an electronic production tracker
- Conducting work safely in accordance with company policies
- Disassembling electronic equipment as needed
Qualifications: Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a fundamental understanding of computer hardware. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred, and candidates with post-secondary education in a technology-related field will stand out.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force continuously, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Proficient in computer and keyboard usage for data entry
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic, contributing to team objectives
