Job Description

The Group Manager position oversees a team of NICET certified technicians who provide start-up and commissioning support, electrical testing, and engineering services to large data center customers and others in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the services team and track performance.
  • Develop scope, budget, and manpower needs for projects.
  • Write estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and attend customer meetings.
  • Identify and negotiate changes in scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and electrical testing fields.
  • Ability to read and understand complex blueprints, schematics, parts lists, and technical materials for troubleshooting circuit breakers and electrical power equipment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge on NETA ATS/MTS, NFPA 70E/B.
  • Field Service experience.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
