FACE FOUNDRI is a pioneering facial bar that offers a wide range of services, including facials, lashes, brows, and skincare. Our modern and welcoming spaces provide a relaxing environment for our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetician to join our team.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
• Achieve personal and store goals, including sales and service targets.
• Explain and recommend FACE FOUNDRI products to clients, promoting our brand and services.
• Perform a variety of services, including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts.
• Give personalized service recommendations and rebook clients to ensure repeat business.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to ensure compliance with the Board of Cosmetology regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
• Report directly to the Salon Manager and assist with in-store operational processes.
• Ensure that all store standards are met and maintained at all times.
• Accurately follow company time-keeping procedures and attend mandatory training and team meetings.

• Esthetics License
• Experience in brow shaping, waxing, and tinting
• Dermaplaning and HydraFacial experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 2-3 years of experience in the beauty industry

Nights and weekends are required. Part-time, 25-30 hours a week.
