VASA Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging and effective fitness classes for our members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness experiences that promote a sense of community and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead high-energy fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and abilities.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive class environment by actively monitoring participants and providing clear instructions.
  • Communicate effectively with members, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other team members to promote classes and retain participants.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices to continuously improve your teaching skills.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of group fitness principles and exercise techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
