Senior Biostatistician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biostatistician to join our team at Inotiv. As a key member of our pharmacology and toxicology department, you will be responsible for extracting, manipulating, and interpreting large data sets from internal and public access databases to support toxicological assessment.

• Extract, manipulate, and interpret large data sets from internal and public access databases to support toxicological assessment.
• Develop and coordinate project timelines associated with the implementation of statistical analyses.
• Consult on experimental design and statistical analysis.
• Prepare scientific and technical documents, including presentations, reports, workshop summaries, manuscripts, and operating procedures.
• Disseminate information to U.S. governmental committees, regulatory agencies, stakeholder working groups, peer review panels, and test method developers.

• PhD in a related scientific field with at least 2 years of post-degree experience in biostatistics or statistics.
• M.S. in a related scientific field with at least 5 years of post-degree experience in biostatistics or statistics.
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistical and/or data science programming environments, such as SAS, R, STATA, or Python.
• Strong experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAS or Provantis Preclinical Software is desired.
• Familiarity with GLP requirements is desired.
• Strong technical editing and writing skills are desired.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with contract research and regulatory testing requirements is desired.
