Job Title: Janitor - Warehouse Cleaner

At Albertsons, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor - Warehouse Cleaner to join our team. As a Janitor - Warehouse Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our warehouse floors, offices, break rooms, and restrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse floors, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
  • Empty trash in all areas of the warehouse as needed.
  • Support all sanitation programs and food safety programs.
  • Strips and waxes office floors as needed.
  • Empties trash in all departments and outside, maintaining cleanliness in disposal areas.
  • Responds to calls over radio.
  • Cleans warehouse racking and within individual slots of damaged product, spills, broken cases, and pallets.
  • Sweeps, vacuums/mops restroom and break room floors, and cleans restroom fixtures routinely.
  • Restocks paper towels and toilet paper as needed.
  • Cleans carpets and dusts as needed.
  • Follows company cleanliness standard operating procedures.
  • Ensures a safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
