Position: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to contribute to the health and happiness of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop personalized care plans for each resident.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and address any changes in health status promptly.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care.
  • Assist in developing and implementing wellness programs and activities.
  • Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records.
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

You must have a passion for working with seniors and possess excellent communication skills

  • Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Hold a current state license as a licensed practical nurse.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting.
  • Natural problem solver.
  • Committed to interacting professionally and compassionately toward residents, families, and other staff.
