Responsibilities

• Instruct Wellness/Fitness classes, ensuring guest comfort, safety, and enjoyment

• Create a dynamic and engaging fitness class schedule, including aerobic exercise, Yoga, muscle toning, strength and endurance, and stretching

• Assist guests with proper body alignment, equipment, and safety of classes and cardiovascular and weight equipment

• Maintain a high level of expertise in fitness instruction and guest service

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years teaching experience in the fitness industry

• College degree relating to fitness (physical education, exercise science, dance, etc.) with a thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

• CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and work with a diverse group of people

Requirements

• Maintain current certifications in National Group Exercise and Personal Training

• Possess a strong passion for fitness and wellness

• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
