Marketing Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team at Experis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Evolve Action Logs: Develop and maintain accurate action logs to track progress and ensure timely completion of executive marketing requests.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee the management of vendors and projects, including monthly, quarterly, and annual budget management.
  • Scope of Work Creation: Develop and manage Scope of Work for campaigns and new operational programs, ensuring timely completion and compliance with guidelines.
  • Executive Leadership Meeting Support: Provide comprehensive support for Executive Leadership meetings, including prioritization, preparation, and curation of meeting materials.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Manage weekly and monthly reporting, tracking milestones, and providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Develop and track marketing campaigns, analyzing ROI and providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Expense Report Reconciliation: Reconcile and maintain expense reports, ensuring compliance with guidelines and supporting contractual payments to content vendors.
  • Calendar Management: Manage complex schedules and appointment calendars, maintaining sensitivity to changing priorities and ensuring seamless coordination with Executive Assistants.
  • Ad-Hoc Project Support: Provide support for ad-hoc projects, including team culture and engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Relevant Work Experience: Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to establish, prioritize, and maintain critical deadlines.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive, optimistic attitude with a strong proactive initiative to work within the team for success.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and polished written skills.
  • Google Workspace Fluency: Fluency in Google Workspace.
