Key Responsibilities:

* Collect information and carry out business intelligence for leads and opportunities, presenting to senior management for implementing a successful strategy for approach.
* Deal with impediments and conflicts.
* Must be adept at problem-solving and finding solutions to keep the team on track.
* Communicate with clients to fetch requirements and analyze requirements, taking care of the business requirement documentation (BRD) process.
* Deliver detailed feature roadmaps that include action items and project targets.
* Develop accurate development estimates and draft project resource plans.
* Provide weekly status updates to the Senior Management team.
* Play a Team Facilitator role, scheduling meetings for our weekly SoS meetings.

Requirements:

* Effectively facilitate meetings and scrum ceremonies, ensuring these events run smoothly and focus on the intended outcomes.
