JLS Mailing Services is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Professional to join our team in New Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career while working with a dynamic organization that values employee growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the primary point of contact for assigned customers, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, coordinating client materials and delivery dates, and ensuring seamless production processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to assigned clients
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and perform quality checks throughout the production process
  • Coordinate with clients to agree on delivery dates and maintain production schedules
  • Work collaboratively with the Production Manager to involve subcontractors and manage materials purchasing
  • Coordinate job schedules with the Production Manager to ensure smooth production processes
  • Print accurate work orders and obtain proof signoffs from clients
  • Serve as the internal liaison for approving job output at various stages
  • Prepare draft invoices and associated backup for accounting
  • Maintain secure control over customer records and company files
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, particularly HIPAA and SOC II Type 2 audit requirements
  • Attend company meetings and support colleagues as needed
  • Contribute to the training and development of new hires
  • Pursue sales opportunities and negotiate prices with clients
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify process improvements and document SOPs
  • Participate in advanced training for industry certifications (e.g., Mail Design Professional/MDP)
  • Take a leading role in improving account profitability
  • Develop a production skill in case of emergency

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of account management experience with progressive responsibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
