**Job Description**
As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. You will work closely with guests to resolve concerns and make their shopping experience seamless.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional guest service by communicating effectively and being attentive to guest needs.
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests and observing to understand their needs.
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to better understand their specific needs and being knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available.
